RaidFit ("we", "us", "the app") is a gamified multiplayer fitness application. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using RaidFit, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

• Account information — email address and a chosen username, used to create and secure your account.
• Activity data — workouts you log (type, duration), wellness entries, streaks, and in-game stats you generate while playing.
• Mood entries — optional daily mood scores you choose to record.
• Payment information — if you subscribe, billing is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; we retain only a subscription status and identifiers needed to manage your plan.
• Push notification tokens — if you enable notifications, a device subscription token so we can deliver raid reminders.
• Technical data — standard information your browser or device provides (such as device type) needed to operate the service.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide core gameplay: joining raids, logging workouts, tracking progress, awarding badges and rewards.
• To display your username and contributions to other players within a shared raid.
• To process and manage subscription payments.
• To send notifications you have opted into.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the app.

How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that operate the app:

• Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore database) — stores your account and activity data.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments.
• Other raiders — your username, class, and in-raid contributions are visible to players in the same raid. Your email, mood entries, and payment details are never shown to other players.

Data Retention

We keep your account and activity data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data from our systems, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

RaidFit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We rely on industry-standard infrastructure (Google Firebase, Stripe) and reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
